Both virtual and office appointments are available.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes to an hour in length.

Currently I am in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, UCare, UBH, UHC, Medica, UMR, and Surest. You may be able to use out of network benefits for other insurers as well which, when combined with Health Savings Accounts, may result in a similar out of pocket expense.

Why use out of network benefits rather than a therapist in network?
Using an out of network therapist means that your insurance company does not have access to your clinical records, which helps protect your privacy. It also means that your therapist will be spending more time focusing on your treatment rather than navigating health insurance claims or authorizations.
For some clients, out of network cost will be similar to in network therapists once their deductible has been met. Contact your insurer to inquire about your out of network benefits.
